In marbled paper slipcase.Account by an anonymous (young) Dutch man who travels by foot from Amsterdam to Germany in the company of a Mr. and Mrs. Huydecoper (v. Maarsseveen) and a Mrs. Gérard (?). They pay visit i.a. to Cologne, Koblenz, Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Kassel and many other towns and villages in Germany. The author mentions many names of the people they visit and describes landscapes and sights. In very fine condition. On page 331 he recalls: "(…) je conserverai toute ma vie le souvenir le plus doux et le plus agréable des trois mois passé dans une aussi bonne société."
