Fortuné Méaulle (1844-1916), wood-engraver and writer. - Abdullah Frères, between c. 1850 and c. 1900 one of the most succesful photographic studio's in Constantinople/Istanbul. In 1863 the Abdullah brothers where appointed official court photographers. They produced many portraits but also views and scenes of Istanbul and Cairo. - Rare.
