Ad 1: First Dutch edition of the collected works of Guillaume de Salluste Du Bartas (1544-1590), transl. by the publisher and author Zacharias Heyns (1566-1638). But without the 'Vervolgh', published in 1628. Heyns's translation entirely printed in civilité, the "uutlegghinghe" in Gothic type. The civilité type is based on "The Bastarde" that Granjon sold to Plantin in 1567 (Carter & Vervliet pp. 54-56). - Scheepers II, 677; Carter & Vervliet (Civilité types) 357.€ 180
