Ad 1: Hans Basart (1899-1988) was a Dutch painter, glazier, art historian, academy director and curator. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in The Hague. In 1927, together with W.J.A.F.R. van den Clooster Baron Sloet tot Everlo, he founded the Basart & Sloet Ateliers for Stained Glass in The Hague, which three years later became Basart & Sloet N.V. and which was active until 1935.
