Limited to 275 numbered copies and printed on "papier spécial pur chanvre fabriqué à la main dans les manufactures de Canson et Montgolfier, d'après les procédés d'Aristide Maillol". Maillol's figurative art played an important role in the development of sculpture in France and his illustrations for this work remind us of his sculptures.
