Ogawa Kazumasa, (1860 - 1929), printer and publisher, was a pioneer in photomechanical printing and photography in the Meiji era (1868-1912). In 1884 he opened the first photographic studio in Tokyo. He worked almost exclusively with the collotype printing process, the first form of photolithography.€ 260
