CONVOYS & LICENSES -- LETTER OF APPOINTMENT written out to Hayo Tuinhout (1757-1811) as commissioner general of convoys and licenses, dated 25 September 1795. Ms. on vellum. 440 x 545 mm. W. 1 blind stamped 'clein segel' and 1 blind stamped seal of the States General.
