Satirical periodical, only this first issue was published. Plasschaert (1874-1941) wrote many art reviews, mainly for 'Het Vaderland' and 'De (Groene) Amsterdammer', and in that capacity he became one of the most prominent and feared art critics in the Netherlands. He also wrote several poems, some under the pseudonym 'A. Pelgrym' and he published a number of monographs and essays on art criticism. - Rare.€ 80
