(Severe degradation of the leather finish and upper grain layer of bind., spine dam. and upper hinge broken (but holding), some fold. plates split on folds., rep. to plates in places, leaf 3T3 dam., a bit thumbed/soiled in places, but actually quite clean internally).

The most extensive description of Zeeland based on the chronicles by Eyndius and Reygersberch. The 'Nieuwe Cronyk van Zeeland' remained unfinished due to disagreements between the towns of Zeeland regarding its content. The genesis of this sumptuous chronicle took more than 30 years!
