Cont. richly blind tooled pigskin over wooden brds. w. raised bands, clasps & catches, & blue edges, w. later label. (Small rep. to front sides, pigskin on lower corners a bit dam., 1 clasp renewed, old owner's scribbling on general ti., upper half waterstained in the middle of the book, a few marg. annot., but a well preserved book).

(Skilfully rebacked, clasps & catches gone, annot. in an old hand on endpapers, inkstain on last endpaper, 3 lvs. lacking" pp. 108-110 (=O4-O6), old names on ti., a bit thumbed & foxed in places).
