Johanna Stevens, weduwe van den Heer Jan de Heger op den 15e Junij 1780 binnen Utrecht overleden (…). Copia. De origineele is geschreven op een Zegel van tagtig guldens Jo. Fred. Copy of Johanna Stevens's last will and estate inventory. She must have been a member of the Mennonite community considering some of the considerable bequests to the Mennonite church. Executors of her will are Abraham Welsing en Cornelis van Dulken, both "kooplieden binnen deeze stad [Utrecht]". Johanna leaves behind a fortune, consisting of shares, cash, lands and real estate (including the country estate 'Oog in Al'), furniture goods and many books (all specified and arranged according to format). She leaves bequests to many people and the heirs (apparently not having children herself) are members of the families Van Kleef, Dekkers, Rijk Jonkhans and Stevens. Written in a legible hand.
