Drawing in dark grey ink and colour wash on paper (w. small extension to enlarge the image), captioned and dated in the upper half in manuscript. Hinged to mount. 122 x 214 mm.
According to the travel scheme H. Romers mentions in his 'J. de Beijer oeuvrecatalogus', p. 27, De Beijer was in Asperen that day. No mention is made by Romers of any other drawing made that day, but we found one other (added in photostat), dated on the same day. - From the collection Hans van Leeuwen and with his manuscript annotations on mount.€ 1000
